Kellie Pickler – Country music star has successfully found a buyer for her house in Nashville

The former “American Idol” contestant was most recently asking $2.6 million for the four-bedroom home

Country music star Kellie Pickler has found a buyer for her Nashville home.

The stone-and-stucco house went into contract in mid-April, about a month after the asking price of the four-bedroom pad was lowered to $2.6 million from the original $2.89 million it hit the market for in November, listing records show.

The identity of the buyer and the final sale price won’t be revealed until the deal closes.

Pickler, 37, has owned the home since 2010 when she paid $1.435 million for it. She owns it through a trust, according to public records on PropertyShark.

The Tudor-style spread, in the city’s affluent Green Hills neighborhood, “delivers warmth, charm and comfort,” according to the listing with Sarah and Cole Kilgore, a mother-and-son team at Pilkerton Realtors. They did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Spanning almost 4,900 square feet, the home has an open floor plan with exposed cedar posts throughout.

There’s a dining room with a barrel-vaulted ceiling, a great room with a two-story stone fireplace, an eat-in kitchen with a pantry, a wine cellar, an elevator, and plenty of room for musical instruments, as demonstrated by the multiple pianos seen throughout the home.

A screened porch opens up to the backyard, which has a terrace and a pool, the listing said.

Pickler, who finished in sixth place in the fifth season of “American Idol” in 2006, had lived in the home with her late husband, songwriter Kyle Jacobs, who died at the home in February 2023. She’s known for hits like “Best Days of Your Life” and “Red High Heels.” A representative for Pickler could not immediately be reached for comment.
