PATRICK Mahomes and his wife Brittany have been showing love for Sporting Kansas City.
The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback has been part of the MLS outfit’s ownership group since 2021.

He and Brittany – a former soccer star – are also co-owners of local women’s team Kansas City Current.
And they showed off their loyalty by wearing matching jerseys in clips posted to 28-year-old Brittany’s Instagram stories.
Mahomes shared a warm embrace with superstar Lionel Messi ahead of Inter Miami’s game against Sporting in April.
Messi scored in a 3-2 win for Miami.
Mahomes has recently done wonders for a coffee brand.
The 28-year-old subtly promoted his latest endeavor during his press conference at Organized Team Activities last month.
He wore a T-shirt that read, “THRONE SPORT COFFEE.”
Only hours later, the Mahomes power was there for all to see when the brand became the No.1 best-selling, ready-to-drink coffee on Amazon.
“I am proud to be part of Throne SPORT COFFEE and to launch and introduce a better iced coffee to the masses,” Mahomes states on the brand’s official website.
“We have been working on creating the perfect product for those who are always on-the-go, who are looking for a natural energy source with added benefits and I couldn’t be more excited about being in on the ground floor of building this brand.”

The founder and CEO of Throne SPORT COFFEE Michael Fedele told Forbes that Mahomes’ public endorsement provided “quite the bump”.
Mahomes is genuinely a fan of coffee.
“I love coffee. I drink it a lot,” he said.
“But I don’t like to put sugar in it. I don’t like to put all the added stuff in there.
“So I wanted to find a healthier version so I can help my body not have that dad bod.”
Mahomes’ favourite restaurant growing up was Whataburger.
And he has opened his very own franchise in Kansas City.
The dominant quarterback even placed it on Sterling Street in a nod to his daughter Sterling Skye.
Mahomes has previously discussed his love for the chain with team-mate Travis Kelce and his brother Jason.
“The burgers are world-class, and they actually have a variety of things that you can get,” he said on the New Heights podcast when asked what his favorite restaurant is.
“They have the best ketchup I’ve ever eaten—and as a ketchup connoisseur, that’s a very high praise.
“Being a little kid that grew up in Texas [with] Whataburger being down the street and mom’s like, ‘I’m at work what are you going to do for food?’
“I had to go Whataburger every other day and I fell in love with it.”
