Kylian Mbappe reaches agreement to buy Real Madrid legend’s mansion ahead of transfer

After years of repeated failure, Real Madrid appear to have struck gold in Kylian Mbappe’s transfer this time around.

While there has been no official communication of the agreement yet, the Frenchman has already informed PSG of his desire to leave the club and is said to have an agreement in place with the club of his dreams.

Of the many factors that helped him make his decision, Real Madrid legend Sergio Ramos played a crucial part. The former captain, after all, played with Mbappe at PSG and was instrumental in guiding him over a move to Spain.

Beyond a guide

While Ramos was indeed crucial in helping Mbappe create his path to Madrid, Voz Populi now reveals that the former defender is even helping the player find a house.

In fact, Mbappe is currently in negotiations with Ramos to purchase the club legend’s luxury home in La Moraleja which was his main residence in Madrid.

The home is valued at around €18 million and is significantly higher than other residences in the area.

Ramos, according to the same report, did not plan on selling his jewel in La Moraleja but approaches from Mbappe’s entourage changed his mind.

As it stands, negotiations are proceeding via direct contact between Mbappe’s mother and agent, Fayza Lamari, and Ramos’ brother Rene.

From the Frenchman’s standpoint, the house meets all his needs in terms of comfort and security, making it the perfect investment.

Agreement reached

The media outlet also further claims that the agreement between Mbappe and Ramos for the real estate transaction was reached only in the last two weeks.

However, the finalisation of the deal is subject to Mbappe’s move to Madrid and will be completed only when the player’s move is officially announced.

The announcement of Mbappe’s signing is currently on hold and will be made once after PSG’s run in the UEFA Champions League ends.
