Taylor Swift is the gift that keeps on giving. The pop superstar, 35, quietly made a very generous donation to families in need ahead of the holidays.
“Thank you, @taylorswift13, for making our holiday season shine even brighter! Your kindness and thoughtful 250K donation means the world to our 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren and families,” Operation Breakthrough, an education center based in Kansas City, Mo., announced via X on Saturday.
The post also featured a video showcasing several 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren thanking Swift for her support.

Ever since the Grammy winner wrapped her Eras Tour in late November, she has been spending much of her downtime giving back to others.
Earlier this month, she visited a 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren’s hospital in Kansas City with her boyfriend, Travis Kelce.
The “Lover” singer sweetly took the time to take photos with young patient and chat with them.

Swift’s kind and philanthropic spirit stems back years, though.
In 2019, the “Shake It Off” singer — who has endorsed the past two Democratic candidates for US president — donated $113,000 to an LGBTQ advocacy group in Tennessee.
In 2020, she also donated $13,000 — a figure that was yet again a nod to her favorite number, 13 — to two moms who were facing eviction amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Earlier this year, Swift donated $100,000 to the family of a mom who was 𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁ed at the Kansas City Chiefs parade following their Super Bowl win. Kelce, 35, followed suit with his own donation to two injured kids.
However, the “Blank Space” singer’s perhaps most impressive contribution came this past October.
Swift — who that same month was named the world’s richest female musician due to her estimated net worth of $1.6 billion — donated $5 million to relief efforts for Hurricane Milton and Hurricane Helene.
