Two-time Tony Award-winning actor Hugh Jackman is currently starring alongside Sutton Foster in a Broadway revival of “The Music Man,” and is also making moves off-broadway. He has listed his longtime West Village condo for $55.9 million (USD $38.9 million). The X-Men and Les Miserables actor and wife Deborra-Lee Furness have raised their two 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren in this NYC dwelling and purchased the five-bedroom triplex for $30.2 million (USD $21 million) in 2008.

The 1,021-square-foot home is located in the boutique condo building Meier South Tower and occupies the building’s eighth, ninth, and 10th floors. The home features a sleek white spiral staircase that connects each floor and captivates guests with its floor-to-ceiling windows–providing a remarkable view of the Hudson River.

The 10th floor is solely a primary bedroom suite, which includes a studio, exercise area, and bathroom. The 8th floor hosts the other four bedrooms, a recreation room, and a library/guest room. A large dining area is located on the ninth floor, as well as a home office and a professional gourmet kitchen with marble counters, breakfast bar seating, and wall-to-wall views of the Hudson.

The dwelling’s double-height living room provides a huge volume of space, perfect for entertaining. The view of the Statue of Liberty, boats on the river and gorgeous sunsets are one-of-a-kind. The building includes a fitness centre, full-time doorman and concierge. The listing came on the market on Monday and is represented by Deborah Grubman, David Adler, and Paul Albano of Corcoran.
