In response to a question, Kim described her house as a “minimal monastery.” For those who don’t know, a monastery is a structure where monks or nuns reside. The interior design and architecture were, of course, inspired by Kanye, as well as by Belgian designer and antiquarian Axel Vervoordt, who helped with the design.
A few months after getting married, in December 2014, the pair reportedly paid $20 million for the home. After deciding to renovate it three years later, Kris Jenner said in April 2018 that the house has a current value of $60 million. You must think that’s good.
