This poor 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 boy was 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 at a hospital in Magura district, Bangladesh on September 25. Doctors and family members were surprised when the 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 was 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 because there were abnormal signs of aging on the face.

It is known that right from 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡, the 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 boy already has wrinkles on his face, sunken eyes, atrophied body and thick hair growing on his back.

Local doctors said the boy with the rare syndrome was Hutchinson Gilford (also known as Geriatrics). This is a rare genetic mutation in the body that makes the boy have a much older face than other new𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧s.

On average, there is only 1 new case of this syndrome in 4 million 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren.

The doctors treating the boy said: “This 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 is not like other babies. The mold has rough skin texture and many wrinkles. This is a sign of skin aging.”

However, the boy’s parents were very happy to welcome the 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 and called it a “miracle”.

Mr. Biswajit Patro (𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥’s father) said: “We can only thank God. There is nothing to be sad about my son’s appearance. We accept everything about him. The family has been very lucky to have had a daughter and now a son.”

Doctors said the boy is still developing normally like other 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren. The boy’s family is also optimistic that their son will grow up normally, although most 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren with “senile” syndrome do not live past the age of 13.
