The news surrounding the once famous couple was filled with hatred, bringing their 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren into the fray, culminating in their decision to give up their father’s surname. Therefore, it is considered impossible for both of them to agree to appear at the same big event. However, this is still expected to happen at the 2024 Venice Film Festival based on the schedule and promotion plans of the movies in which the two stars participate.

Accordingly, Angelina Jolie is on the organizers’ dream list with the upcoming biographical film titled Maria directed by Pablo Larraín. While Brad Pitt will work with close friend George Clooney in the new action movie Wolfs. Wolfs is entertaining and doesn’t really fit the academic and artistic quality that the Venice Film Festival usually aims for.

However, with a September release plan, Wolfs will benefit significantly if they have the opportunity to promote at one of the most prestigious film festivals in the world. On the contrary, the movie event taking place in Venice also needs A-list stars like Brad Pitt and George Clooney to attract the attention of the media and the public.

The 2024 Venice Film Festival takes place from August 28 to September 7 with the President of the Jury for the competing categories being French actress Isabelle Huppert. The full list of participating films will be announced on July 23.
