Mbappe’s failed Euro season, France received a humiliating conclusion and bid farewell to EURO 2024

Mbappe said goodbye to Euro 2024 with extremely bad statistics, once again the French star could not touch the Euro cup.

Mbappe sadly said goodbye to Euro 2024 after France lost 1-2 to Spain in the early morning of July 10 in the Euro semi-finals.

Mbappe held his head and stroked his cheeks as if he still couldn’t believe France had lost. In the second half, Mbappe had many clear opportunities but missed them all.

The moment the French star had to wipe his face with his shirt, did the tears fall or were they swallowed back inside? At this year’s Euro, Mbappe only had 1 goal from the penalty spot, 1 assist and 0 open-play goals. As he shared before, for the “Ninja Turtle”, Euro is indeed more difficult than the World Cup.

Before that, the French team opened the score of the match. Mbappe celebrated with his teammates but had to accept defeat because Spain made a classy comeback.

A series of failed opportunities caused Mbappe to be said by the TV commentator to have “forgotten to turn on the scoring switch”.
