If you spend just a minute or two scanning the comments on Kim Kardashian’s Instagram posts or the posts of her beauty brand, SKKN by Kim, you’ll no doubt see a few begging for her discontinued KKW perfumes to return. Kardashian has been busy launching fantastic products under the new SKKN umbrella, including cleansers, toners, lip liners, and most recently, 10 lip glosses and three gel-to-powder highlighters. But fans want more—and are in a frenzy for the KKW fragrances to return.
“Fragrance is definitely coming!” Kardashian tells Bazaar exclusively. “We are really taking our time to make sure the packaging, the scents and the entire experience is perfect and exactly what you would expect.”
In the meantime, fans can get their hands on one of her new makeup launches. “Every beauty product I use, I want to bring to market—if I can only put on one thing, it’ll be a little liner and a gloss for a quick lip, so it felt natural to launch a lip gloss now,” the star continues. “I want SKKN by Kim to be everything that completely makes you look like your best self, starting with your skin and everything that makes skin its best self. I love this lip gloss formula–it’s lightweight and packed with natural oils to hydrate lips, leaving them smoother and softer.”
The SKKN by Kim highlighter, which comes in gold, bronze, and champagne, is perfect for summer with a cushiony formula that melts into the skin. It’s the star’s secret to getting a photo-ready glow instantly. “For highlighter, I make sure to hit all the high points of my face, including my cheekbones, brow bones, and Cupid’s bow,” Kardashian says. “I also sweep it along my collarbones and down my shoulders for additional definition.”
These two new launches are a departure for Kardashian, who typically favors matte formulas across her eyes and lips. “I’ve definitely been taking a skin-first approach towards my beauty routine recently and doing dewy, lighter looks over the super matte look I used to do,” she confesses. ” I still love my iconic nude, matte lip, but if I want a more shiny lip look, I’ll lay our new Lip Gloss over our Soft Matte Lip Color.”
