KIM Kardashian’s swanky Malibu Beach mansion has gotten quite the upgrade, as aerial photos show its incredible views and lavish amenities.
The reality star purchased the 3-acre waterfront property in 2022, and it has since been under renovation.

New aerial shots of the extravagant pad capture the home’s gorgeous landscape, including plenty of high bushes and trees that offer tons of privacy.
The backyard also features an inground pool, a hot tub, a covered lounge area, a patio, and an outdoor kitchen.
Compared to photos snapped in October, the roof also got a makeover, trading its former red top for a gray color and the exterior paint a cream color.
The breathtaking views might be Kim’s main selling point as it overlooks the ocean and is a short walk to the beach.
KIM’S FRESH START
Last summer, Kim, 42, gave her sister Khloe, 40, a walkthrough of her stunning oasis, which was documented on their Hulu series, The Kardashians.
The Skims founder gushed in a confessional interview that she’d found her “dream” home and detailed the emotional moment she closed the deal.
Kim hoped the Malibu house would give her a fresh start away from the drama between her and her ex, Kanye West, 47, and their divorce.
Supermodel Cindy Crawford, 57, and her husband, Rande Gerber, 60, previously owned the home.
A source exclusively told The U.S. Sun that Cindy’s daughter Kaia Gerber, 22, who is friends with Kim’s sister Kendall Jenner, 28, tipped the Skkns founder off that the home was on the market.
The insider also revealed Kim was proud of herself, as it was the first major purchase she had made without Kanye’s input.
Kim and Kanye split in February 2021, after seven years of marriage.
The Donda rapper has moved on with his new wife, Bianca Censori, 29, who has been making headlines over her shocking transformation since marrying Kanye.
While Kim is putting the finishing touches on her home, Kanye finally found a buyer for his $39 million Malibu mansion after taking a drastic price cut.
Kanye bought the house in 2021 for $53.7 million and gutted its interior.
The rap star had a slew of issues with the remodel from the start, and it was never completed.
Instead of fixing it up, Kanye decided to sell the property, which he revealed in January.
It’s now been reported that Kanye found a buyer after six months on the market.
Kim and Kanye have seemingly had little interaction in recent months as they co-parent their four 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren.
The exes share daughters North, 11, Chicago, six, and sons Saint, eight, and Psalm, five.
The few times they have been seen together were generally at sporting events and activities involving the kids.
