Pax Thien – the Vietnamese-American adopted son of actors Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie – has been released from the intensive care unit after several days in the hospital due to a traffic accident.
The People newspaper on August 4 quoted a source saying that Pax Thien – the Vietnamese adopted son of actors Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie – is in the process of recovering from serious injuries caused by a traffic accident.
Pax Thien has been released from intensive care after being hospitalized for an electric bike accident in Los Angeles, according to sources.

“Pax Thien has been released from intensive care. He suffered a complex injury and is now starting a long journey of recovery and physical therapy,” the source said.
The source added that Pax Thien and his mother were extremely grateful for the actions of those present at the scene as well as the care from the doctors.
Actress Angelina Jolie is still by her son’s side. Pax’s siblings also visited and cared for him, the source added.
