That is despite scoring a late knockdown in the eighth and final round.

Paul has called for a rematch after switching up his training team in the aftermath of the loss in Saudi Arabia.

And even former coach BJ Flores – once a cruiserweight contender – admitted he got the tactics wrong.

Flores said in response to a fan: “Tommy won 5 rounds based on activity.

“@jakepaul was told the entire camp defence would win him this fight when the truth is if he lets his hands go he wins easy.

“Jake won 3 rounds plus the knockdown.”

Paul, 27, has won four since most recently beating ex-UFC star and bare-knuckle boxing champion Mike Perry, 32, in six rounds in July.

Perry only filled in with four weeks to go after Mike Tyson, 58, was forced out after suffering an ulcer flare up in his stomach.

“So, I need to go back and avenge my loss and for me that will be very pleasurable and I believe that I will wipe the floor with Tommy Fury now.
