Playing for Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes certainly has its perks.
After forcing the game-winning fumble that gave CU a thrilling overtime win over the Baylor Bears on Saturday night, Buffs two-way star Travis Hunter made sure to secure himself some shoes gifted to Coach Prime courtesy of LeBron James.
“LeBron, LeBron … appreciate you,” Hunter said in his gameday vlog. “I know you sent these to Coach Prime, he ain’t never heard of me though. I like to take shoes. I did my job man. I got some offensive stats and defensive stats.”
“What’s that,” Sanders asked.
“These are the LeBron’s he sent you,” Travis responded. “Can I have them? You don’t need to see them, you ain’t gonna wear them. They too hard for your toes. Yup … He can’t say no when you really want it.”
Fans were loving the viral clip online.
“Love the [relationship] they have,” a user commented. “It’s like father & son.”
“‘Too hard for your toes’ – lmao goodness,” another laughed.
“Mf intercepting shoes too,” a fan cried.
“He got Prime wrapped around his finger,” BetUS posted.
“Travis probably has the best personality of any star I’ve ever seen…..he’s legit still a kid at heart,” another person pointed out.
“He knew Prime couldn’t tell him No after that game winning Ff!”

Sanders couldn’t say enough good things about his players after the this weekend’s victory.
“Great, great, great, great win. Young men were resilient. They never gave up. They never surrendered,” Deion said postgame. “… I think we’re so much better than what we’re showing you at times. … But I’m pleased, and thankful. I’m thankful. One step closer to getting Miss Peggy to a Bowl game. So I’m really proud of that.”
Next up for Colorado is another Big 12 test against UCF on the road. The Buffs could move to 4-1 with a W.
