Actor-couple Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth recently opened up about their bond, with The Girl on the Train actor sharing that she can freely express herself with her husband.
“I can speak to him about many things. My brain is kind of wired differently. I may visualise myself in a certain story and decide to do it, but it really helps when I speak to him. He comes at it from another point of view. Also, his brain works like a director’s. So, he sees things differently. He sometimes asks me questions, which is important for me to ask myself. He will never answer them for me. I value that,” Aditi told Hollywood Reporter India.
During the interview, Siddharth praised Aditi for acing the Gaj Gamini walk in Heeramandi. He said, “I mean, she just walked away from the camera and the Internet broke. I can’t do that. Not that…I’m not going to try.” Aditi hilariously replied, “That’s it! Now I’m going to make you do this.”
Siddharth also mentioned that he is a “very content and secure person” and is good with work-life balance, a fact affirmed by Aditi. “I don’t have any fear. I focus on waking up happy and going to sleep happy. At the end of the day, there is a work-life balance. I am very good at it because I genuinely like being at home.”
Dr Santosh Bangar, senior consultant psychiatrist, Gleneagles Hospitals Parel Mumbai, said that supporting each other through thick and thin and being a constant cheerleader can help couples improve and strengthen their relationship.
