Bronny James has returned home and seems to be in a good mood.
Three days after a heart arrest occurred during a USC basketball practice, the oldest son of LeBron James was released from the hospital on Thursday.
On Saturday afternnon, LeBron James shared a video of Bronny at home playing the piano and grinning while his other son, Bryce, and daughter, Zhuri, looked on.
“GRAND RISING!!” James captioned the post. “God Is Great! @bronny YOU ARE AMAZING!!! Simple as that! Keep going Young ????!!! We’re here right with you every step of the way!”
Bronny was seen for the first time since his health scare going to dinner with his family Friday at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, Calif.
It’s not clear what caused Bronny’s cardiac arrest.
He suffered the incident at USC’s Galen Center and was reportedly rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center by ambulance.

“Thanks to the swift and effective response by the USC athletics’ medical staff, Bronny James was successfully treated for a sudden cardiac arrest,” Cedars-Sinai Medical Group cardiologist Dr. Merije Chukumerije said in a statement issued by the hospital Thursday.
“He arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center fully conscious, neurologically intact and stable. Mr. James was cared for promptly by highly-trained staff and has been discharged home, where he is resting. Although his workup will be ongoing, we are hopeful for his continued progress and are encouraged by his response, resilience, and his family and community support.”
LeBron James praised the hospital’s staff on Thursday.
“I want to thank the countless people sending my family love and prayers,” James tweeted. “We feel you and I’m so grateful. Everyone doing great. We have our family together, safe and healthy, and we feel your love.
“Will have more to say when we’re ready but I wanted to tell everyone how much your support has meant to all of us!”
