Hathaway, 41 — who recently graced the cover of Vogue France — dressed as Star Wars Jedi, Rey Skywalker in a tan gown and combat boots. She teamed her costume with a brown headband with a gold ribbon accent.

On Thursday, The Princess Diaries star carried a Star Wars themed tote bag filled with delectable sweet treats.

She clung to her husband of twelve years, actor Adam Shulman, as they walked through a busy neighborhood in New York City.

Shulman, 43, followed the Star Wars theme and stepped into the shoes of Obi-Wan Kenobi from the beloved Disney films.

The trio appeared to be in good spirits as they went door to door in the Big Apple.

Anne and Adam initially met through a mutual friend back in 2008 at the Palm Springs Film Festival and began dating in 2009.
